A.1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods, or in case the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify KALLIWODA INVEST S.L. at the address Calle Calafates 6, (Pol.Ind IN-II), Santa Pola (Alicante), Spain, by telephone +34 676 898 036, by email at info@andresmachado.es, or through our contact form, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email).

You may use the withdrawal form template available for download, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication regarding your exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

A.2. Consequences of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make this refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have presented proof of the return thereof, whichever condition is met first.

You must return or hand over the products directly to us at the aforementioned address without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision of withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline will be considered met if you make the return of the goods before this period has concluded.

The cost of returning the goods will always be borne by the consumer in the manner they deem appropriate. You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

A.3. Contractual Right of Withdrawal

In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal for consumers and users mentioned in this same section, we grant you a period of 30 days counted from Shipping Confirmation to make product returns. If you return the products within the contractual period of the right of withdrawal, but after the legal period has elapsed, only the price paid for such products will be refunded to you.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product. You may exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with what is established in clause A.1 above, although if you communicate your intention to withdraw from the contract after the legal withdrawal period has elapsed, you must in any case deliver the goods to us within the 30-day period counted from Shipping Confirmation.

Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond mere opening, for products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product(s) while they are in your possession.

Please return the item using or including all its original wrappers, instructions, and other documents that may accompany it. In any case, you must deliver together with the product to be returned the ticket that you will have received at the time of delivery of the product duly completed.

If you wish to return the products, you will be responsible for the return costs. We recommend Correos as the simplest and most economical method. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us on your own with postage due, we will not accept the package.

After examining the item, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund of transportation costs will only be made when the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all items that make up the order in question are returned.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your intention to withdraw to us. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have presented proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

The refund will always be made using the same means of payment that you used to pay for the purchase. If you have paid by bank deposit, transfer, or cash on delivery, you must provide us with your account number to make the corresponding transfer.
