Return Terms:

The deadline to request the return of a product must be within 30 days after the reception of your order.

Within such period of time, if not satisfied, the client will have the right to request a reimbursement for the value of the product.

How can I return my order?

The process for returning your order is as follows:

  1. Download the RETURN FORM and fill it out with your details. Print it and place it inside the box along with the returned items.

Return Shipping Options

Option 1 (available only for Mainland Spain)

You can generate a return label with CORREOS by clicking the following link: Generate label. En el campo “Referencia”, indica tu número de pedido y completa todos los campos con tus datos personales (dirección, teléfono, etc.). Enter your order number in the "Reference" field and complete all the fields with your personal details (address, telephone number, etc.). After generating the return label, kindly take the parcel to the nearest Correos post office. Please note that this service incurs a fee of 3€, which will be deducted from your refund upon receipt and processing of your return. (Please note that this option is not available for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

Option 2 (available for Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France Metropolitan, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic)

You can create a return label with GLS and drop off your package at the nearest delivery point: Create Label There is a return shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and processed. Please see below our return shipping charges according to your country of origin.

Option 3 (other destinations)

You can send the items to the following address at your own expense using the shipping method that is most convenient for you. While we recommend using Correos as it is typically the most cost-effective option:

Once we receive the package, we will proceed to issue a full refund for the returned item. Please note that for returns originating from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, or from any country outside the EU, the company cannot assume responsibility for any customs duties that may be imposed. If we are required to cover these charges, the package may be returned to its origin.

The deadline for requesting the return of purchased items is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Please note that items will not be eligible for a refund if they show any signs of use or damage and are not in their original packaging.

Important: The following conditions must be accomplished for all of your returns:

Your return will not be accepted under any circumstances, if the product returned does not arrive to us in perfect condition, properly packed and protected, inside its original box and not used.

The return shipping cost must be assumed always by the client. Please note that we do not accept any freight collect returns.

The payment of the price difference between one item and another, will never be accepted by cheque or either in cash.

If your order was paid by Bank deposit, transfer or either, payment on delivery; you must provide us with your full Bank details so we will be able to send you a Bank transfer in return. If your order was paid by PayPal or credit card, we will always reimburse you in the same manner.

In the event that the product sent was defective or not according to what it was ordered, the client must proceed by contacting Andrés Machado beforehand but never returning the item to us directly.

We do not make exchanges, if you would like a new size, colour, or item you must place a new order through our website.

If you ever found a problem upon the reception of your order, such as, damaged packaging, missing items or these in bad condition; then you must please, contact us by telephone or by email within the first 24 hours after the reception of your order.

We can by no means raise any reimbursements or re-send any merchandise prior to the reception and checking of the items returned to us. If past 30 labour days from the reception of your order, we will not accept any exchanges or claims.
